Joel D. Whitehurst, age 72, of Green Sea, SC, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 in his home surrounding by those he loved and cherished. Born February 19, 1954, in Virginia Beach, VA, he was the son of the late Whitey Whitehurst and the late Melba Whitehurst. He is survived by his wife of the home, Lee Ann Dimartino.
