Alfreida Lewis Turner, 72 of Fair Bluff died Friday December 18, 2009. Mrs. Turner was born in Columbus County, a daughter of the late Frank and Bessie Dudney Lewis. She was employed as the Fair Bluff Town Clerk until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Arthur Turner, Jr.. Mrs. Turner was presently employed by the Soles Law Firm in Tabor City. Memorial services will be held at 3 PM Sunday December 20, 2009 at the Fair Bluff United Methodist Church, Rev. Neill Smith will officiate. Surviving are her son; Andy Turner and his fiance Lisa Hobbs; a brother, Jerry Lewis and his wife Mel of Callahan Fl ; 2 sisters, Meryle Rogers of Lumberton, Jean Beck and her husband Bob of Lumberton; 2 granddaughters, Anna Marie Turner and Erica Rose Turner.
