Austin Gale Enzor, 67 of Nichols, SC passed away Thursday September 2, 2010 at Carolina's Hospital in Florence, SC. Mr. Enzor was born May 27, 1943 in Horry County the son of the late Eugene Enzor and Lois Ethel Grainger Enzor. He was retired from Dupont, where he worked for 30 years. He was a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Saturday September 4, 2010 at Meares Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Spring Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Enzor was preceded in death by a brother, Edison Enzor of Jacksonville, FL. Surviving are a son, Austin Trent Enzor of Conway, SC; a daughter Wendy Hodges of Conway, SC; 2 brothers, Wayne Enzor of Nichols, SC and Jimmy Enzor of Savannah, GA and a sister, Bobby Yates of N. Myrtle Beach, SC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 to 9:00 PM on Friday September 3, 2010. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Spring Branch Baptist Church, 6710 Church Loop Rd. Nichols, SC 29581.
