Barbara Dale Anderson Melton, 71 of Longs died Monday June 16, 2014 at Agape Rehabilitation of Conway.

Mrs. Melton was born in Robeson County NC, a daughter of the late Irvin L. Anderson, Sr. and Esther Huggins Anderson. She was a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be held at 3:30 PM Wednesday June 18, 2014 in the Spring Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall of Spring Branch Baptist Church from 2:00 until 3:15 PM.

Surviving are her son, Donnie Shang Melton of Orlando Florida, a brother, Irvin L. Anderson, Jr. and his wife Vicki of Nichols; a sister, Joyce Anderson Todd and her husband Wendell of Nichols; and 2 grandchildren, Shania Melton and Duke Melton.
