Christine Waddell Stephens, 83 of Fair Bluff died Monday at her home following a brief illness. Mrs. Stephens was born in Fair Bluff the daughter of the late John Patrick and Louise Floyd Waddell. She was member of Fair Bluff United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at The Powell Cemetery, Rev. Neill Smith will officiate. Surviving are her husband, Harold Gene Stephens of the home, her son, Pat Powell of Fair Bluff and her grandson Patrick Powell of Fair Bluff. Memorials may be made to: Fair Bluff Fire & Rescue, P.O.
