Obituary

Christine Williamson, age 88, of Evergreen, NC, died Saturday, August 26, 2023 in the Lower Cape Fear Angel House Whiteville, NC. Born December 16,1934 in Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John Grey Parrish and Emma Millard Parrish and the widow of Bobby Williamson. Christine is also predeceased by one son, John Williamson.

She is survived by four sons; Christopher Williamson of Phoenix AZ, James Randolph Williamson (Theresa) of North Charleston, SC, Anthony Joel Williamson of Evergreen, NC, and Robert Glenn Williamson of Evergreen, NC. Christine is also survived by five daughters; Vickie Lenore West of Spring Lake, NC, Gwendolyn Joyce Hammond (Warren) of Fair Bluff, NC, Denise Kay Norris (Donnie) of Raeford, NC, Charlene Thibodeaux (David) of Lillington, NC, and Marie Hursey of Lumberton, NC.; 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 2PM in the Boardman Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, Boardman, NC.
