Cynthia W. Rowe age 65, died Monday, January 31, 2022 in New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC after a brief illness.

She was born in Columbus County, NC, the daughter of the late Dalton and Delta Willis. Cynthia is also predeceased by her husband Joe Rowe, daughter Crystal Rowe, and a sister  Alberta Tritt.

Cynthia is survived by two sons, Jesse Rowe of the home and David Rowe ( Jennifer) of Nichols, SC. She is also survived by a brother, Paul Willis of Tabor City, NC. and a sister, Roberta Willis of Tabor City, NC. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM in the Meares Funeral Home, Fair Bluff, NC.

Graveside services will be held Friday, February 4, 2022 at 2:00PM in the Buffkin-Rowe Cemetery, 440 Fair Bluff Hwy, Tabor City, NC.
