Freddie Dale Fowler, 52 of Cerro Gordo died Sunday January 27, 2013.

Mr. Fowler was born August 27, 1960 in Marion County SC, . He was a member of Porter Swamp Baptist Church and a market manager at Food Lion in Chadbourn.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Porter Swamp Baptist Church, Rev. Tim Moore will officiate. Burial will follow in the Powell Cemetery, Fair Bluff.

Surviving are his wife, Teresa Connor Fowler of the home; a daughter, Shelby Fowler Phillips of Washington; his mother, Dixie Gore of Cerro Gordo; a brother, Norman Fowler of Chapel Hill; and a sister, Debbie Long of Chadbourn.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Tuesday January 29, 2013 at the funeral home.
