George Crawford Enzor, 79 died Thursday October 16, 2014 at Angel House Hospice Center in Whiteville.

 He was the son of the late Alva and Lillian Harris Enzor. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Ruth Louise Green Enzor, a sister Ella Mae Nance, and a brother in law Washington Miles. He was a retired plumber and farmer.

 The family will receive friends from 7 – 9 PM Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the funeral home. Final rites will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Spring Branch Baptist Church with Dr. Floyd Enzor, Rev. Mike Vipperman and Rev. Todd Padgett officiating. Interment will be in the Spring Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

 He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Pansy Enzor Strickland and her husband Kenneith of Fair Bluff; one son, Alvin Enzor and his wife Tomi Sue of Tabor City; three brothers, James W. Enzor and his wife Lillian of Lockport, Illinois, Dr. Floyd I. Enzor and his wife Juanita of Fair Bluff, Earl W. Enzor and his wife Beth of Kinston; two sisters, Ada Miles of Florence, SC, Ida Lee Duke and her husband Vernon of Mancos, Colorado; four grandsons, Caleb Strickland and Andrew “AJ” Strickland both of Fair Bluff, Dustin Enzor and Brandon Enzor both of Tabor City; one great grandson, Issac Strickland and several nieces and nephews.
