Johnny H Strickland

Johnny Strickland, age 77, of Cerro Gordo, NC., died Friday, January 26, 2024 in the Mcleod Medical Center, Loris, SC. after an extend illness. Born July 25, 1946, in Marion County, SC., he was the son of the late J.B. Strickland and Myrtle Touchberry Strickland.

He is survived by a sister; Barbara Woodall of Tabor City, NC, nephews Ronnie (Mary-Donna) Strickland of Evergreen NC.; Scott (Sharon) of Cerro Gordo, NC.; and sister in law, Linda Strickland of Cerro Gordo, NC.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased in death by a brother Ronald Strickland and a sister, Nellie Fowler.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2024, from 6PM -8PM in the Meares & Jones Funeral Service Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 2PM in the Cherry Grove Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
