Mary A Buffkin

Mrs. Mary Buffkin age 89, died Saturday, October 7, 2023 in the Loris Rehab and Nursing Center, Loris SC. Born in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Anderson and Ethel Byrd Anderson. Mary is the widow of William Eli Buffkin. She is also predeceased by a son, Sherwood Buffkin; sisters, Betty Barnhill, Shirley Barnhill, Linda Martin and a daughter Janice Buffkin.

Mary is survived by a daughter, Jennie (Hugh) Stanton of Florence, SC.; grandson Matthew Buffkin; granddaughter Angela (Daniel) Brumbles, two great-grandchildren, Jackson and Eli, a brother Sammy Anderson, nephew Mark Barnhill, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at a later date.
