Patricia Campbell Spaw, 66 of Fair Bluff died Thursday at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. Mrs. Spaw was born in Robeson County NC, and was a member of Hinson's Crossroads Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Ira B. Campbell and her husband Charles Wayne Spaw. Graveside services will be held 2 PM Saturday, May 17th at The Meares Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Surviving are her mother, Lucille Campbell of Fair Bluff; 2 sons, John Edward Costanzo of Selma and Joseph Ira Costanzo of Fairfax VA.; 2 daughters, Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Williams of Fayetteville and Rebecca Faye "Becky" Costanzo of Myrtle Beach SC; 4 grandchildren, Phillip Read, Linda McGee, Meghan Small, and James Costanzo; 4 great grandchildren, Zoe Read, Quade Rowell, Payton Rowell, and Lochlan Read and her guide dog Billie.
