Peggy Sue Powell

Mrs. Peggy Powell, age 72, died Sunday, July 24, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family. Born May 7,1950 in Marion, SC, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Grace Powell. 

Peggy is survived by a son, David Carr of the home, and a daughter, Lisa Hinkley also of the home. Also surviving is a brother, Frank Powell; sisters, Bonnie Meares, Helen Hammond, Dot Glascock, and Linda Bookhout. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held in the Powell Cemetery, Fair Bluff, NC, on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow immediately after the service.
