Ruby Alease Inman Nance, 87 of Cerro Gordo died Tuesday August 25, 2015 at Columbus Regional Healthcare in Whiteville.

Mrs. Nance was born in Columbus County to the late George and Blanche Stephens Inman. She was a member of Cerro Gordo Baptist Church and thoroughly enjoyed gardening, both vegetables and flowers and traveling. Mrs. Nance was preceded in death by her husband, Rossie M. Nance and a son, Larry Nance. She was a Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 10 until 11 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral services will held following the visitation at 11 AM., burial will follow in the Powell Cemetery.

Surviving are her sons, Rossie “Buddy” Nance and his wife Catherine of Wilmington, Gary Nance and his wife Terrie of Laurinburg; her daughters, Linda N. Hayes and her husband Richard of Charlotte, and Betty Jo Stevens of Whiteville, 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
