When Russell was the personnel manager at Essex Wire in Bennettsville, he hired me for my very first job as a switchboard operater.  I've never forgotten that just as I've never forgotten his kindness and helpfulness.  I grew up knowing Miss Dora when she worked at the hospital and from going to church at Christ United Methodist Church so I almost feel like one of the family. Russell will be greatly missed.  Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.  I will keep your family in my prayers.

Our thoughts and prayers have been with all of Boney's family.  He's been a dear friend of mine from our  Fayetteville days back in the early '70's, and continued after I moved to the beach in 1983.  He will be missed by all, and will live forever in our hearts.

Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Boney Moore.  He was a very dear friend of ours.  Always will remember that his first stop when arriving to the beach, was the Boulevard Grill.  He would make that his first stop to wait for his buddies, Rick Shackford and Dennis Sides.  They would start their adventures there and move on to other places.  We will miss him very much.  He touched many with his loving and caring for everyone.  Rest in peace my friend.

My sincere condolences to the family of Boney Moore.  I have many fond memories, from Fayetteville and Ocean Drive, with Boney.  He was one of a kind and always had a hug for me.  I will miss him sorely.  The OD Pavilion will not be the same without him sitting on his usual bench waiting for his buddies to come in.
