Sandy Weaver Nance, Sr. 57 of Evergreen died Sunday at his residence. Mr. Nance was born in Columbus County and preceded in death by his father D. W. "Dock" Nance, Jr.. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Thursday April 8, 2010 at Boardman Pentecostal Holiness Church, burial will follow in the church cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Patty Sue Nance of Lumberton; a son, Sandy Nance, Jr. of Lumberton; a daughter, Melissa Nance Connor of Lumberton; his mother, Martha Nance of Evergreen; 2 brothers, Alvie Nance and Robbie Nance both of Evergreen; 4 Grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 - 9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home
