Mr. William Audrey Dudney, 81, of Tabor City, NC died Thursday afternoon, July 29, 2021 at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Whiteville, NC.
He was born in Columbus County, NC, son of the late Augusta Audrey Dudney and Smithie Strickland Dudney.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
Surviving are a son, John M. Dudney and his wife Shannon; three daughters, Rita Cottrell, Kimberly Dudney, and Renee Dudney; a sister, Jacquelyn Lovette; two grandchildren, Michael Britt and Amber Cottrell; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Dudney was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters, Vivian Dudney and Katherina Strickland.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare at 206 Warrior Trail, Whiteville, NC 28472.
The family will be receiving friends at 5388 Cherry Grove Road.
